Application for Special Events Childcare

This confidential application must be completed by all applicants seeking to provide childcare (for children from birth through 5th grade) for families attending Special Events at Hope Church. Special Events are defined as church-wide events sponsored by Hope Church that are not part of the regular Sunday morning Children’s Ministry program (e.g., HopeKids). Examples of such events include, but are not limited to, marriage seminars, membership classes, special speaker events, and similar gatherings where free childcare is provided to enable parents and/or adult guardians to fully participate.
